The London Clinic is recruiting an Administrator to join the Customer Service team in London.

You will input consultant clinic lists and patient details into CWS, assisting with patient registration and clinic preparation for outpatient consultations.

You will handle occasional phone calls with consultants, their secretaries, patients and internal staff, working to ensure smooth scheduling and data accuracy in line with clinic requirements.
