Responsibilities:
- Support patients attending the Oncology Outpatients department for consultations, investigations and cancer treatments.
- Assist patients with mobility, personal care, comfort and nutritional needs.
- Monitor and report patient observations and any changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Prepare clinical areas, equipment and treatment rooms for patient appointments and procedures.
- Support Registered Nurses during clinical procedures and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
- Ensure clinical and non‑clinical stock levels are maintained.
