We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our client at their Salisbury site. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (8-hour shifts)
Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance forklift license (required)
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process inbound deliveries using scanners and WMS system
- Pick, pack, and prepare daily orders (some heavy lifting involved)
- Unload containers and assist with general warehouse tasks
- Conduct accurate stock checks and maintain records
- Assist with general maintenance and warehouse/forklift upkeep
- Perform labelling and re-working duties as needed
- Liaise with line manager to plan daily/weekly workflow
- Learn and use the WMS system (training provided)
