Ready to take ownership and help shape the next phase of our growth? We're looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Maidstone branch and play a key role driving our expansion in the South East region.

This creates opportunities to build on existing relationships while developing your own client portfolio and growing a successful temporary recruitment desk. We’re looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, building client relationships and developing profitable recruitment business within the temporary recruitment market. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own temporary recruitment desk, grow existing accounts, win new business and contribute to the future direction of the branch. For the right person, there is genuine scope to develop into a future leadership role as the business scales.

What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new business and developing new client relationships
- Growing and expanding existing accounts
- Building and managing a profitable temporary recruitment desk
- Developing candidate pipelines and talent pools
- Providing market insight and recruitment expertise to clients
- Building your reputation within your local market
- Contributing to branch growth and commercial performance
