UK container logistics specialist with over 20 years’ experience moving the big stuff from A to B — without the drama.
We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator / Assistant to join our Felixstowe team and support the day-to-day accounts and administration function.
Working closely with our accounts and transport teams, you’ll help keep invoices, payments and records accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Supporting sales and purchase ledger
- Checking transport charges and resolving discrepancies
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with reconciliations and credit control
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting month-end and general accounts administration

What We’re Looking For
- Previous accounts or finance administration experience
- Good numerical and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Confident communicator with a practical, can-do approach
- Experience in transport, logistics or haulage would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Truckcom would be a real advantage, although training can be provided
