We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive with proven experience in the logistics and freight distribution industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth through face-to-face client engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of freight distribution, transport solutions, and supply chain services, with a focus on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations
- Promote road freight, air freight, sea freight, and distribution services
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and pricing solutions
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements
- Maintain and grow key accounts
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Work closely with operations to ensure service excellence

Minimum Requirements

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong business development and closing ability
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
