They're now looking for an experienced LCL Export Operator to join their busy but fun Basildon office.

The Role

You'll take ownership of LCL export shipments from booking through to departure, ensuring every consignment is handled accurately, efficiently and on time.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing LCL export shipments from start to finish.
  • Liaising with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and consolidation partners.
  • Preparing export documentation and customs paperwork.
  • Booking cargo and coordinating collections.
  • Providing shipment updates and resolving any issues quickly.
  • Ensuring all export procedures comply with current regulations.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
