Responsibilities of a courier driver
- Load vans and deliver packages safely
- Follow all road safety regulations
- Use an electronic device for GPS and daily records
- Interact professionally and positively with customers and the public
Requirements of a courier driver
- Clear DBS
- Valid UK/EU driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience (insurance requirement)
- At least 21 years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid passport and right to work
- Good communication and physical condition
- Commercial driving experience is a plus, but not required
The approximate working hours for courier drivers per day are 9.
