Barre Instructor

As a Barre Instructor at The Loft, you will lead engaging and dynamic Barre classes, providing a motivating and supportive environment for participants of all levels. Your enthusiasm for fitness and commitment to wellness will help our clients feel empowered and inspired whilst our hands on approach ensures their safety and goals are met, * Design and deliver high-energy barre classes that cater to various skill levels.

• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

• Provide clear instruction, hands on corrections and modifications to ensure safety and accessibility.

• Foster a sense of community among clients and encourage their personal fitness journeys.

• Maintain a clean and organised studio space.

• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance your teaching skills.

We are looking for a qualified Barre Instructor to join our vibrant team in our beautiful new Wellness studio. Our ideal candidate is a professional, reliable, enthusiastic Barre Instructor with a real love and passion for what they do and a willingness to help out when cover is required. Experience preferred but will also look at newly qualified instructors too. Pre natal experience is also advantageous as is holding additional qualifications in either Reformer, Mat Pilates or Yoga., * Certified Barre Instructor (or equivalent fitness certification).

• Previous teaching experience in barre or similar fitness classes preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.

• Ability to motivate and inspire clients in a supportive manner.
