We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Working alongside our clinical and senior care teams, you'll help create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive.
What you'll do:
- Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.
- Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff.
- Support residents with social activities, routines, and meaningful engagement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used/stored safely.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies; take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience caring for older people.
- Basic knowledge of Care Workers' Codes of Practice.
