Opportunity for a solicitor (NQ - 3PQE) in a highly rated Restructuring & Insolvency team, which covers both contentious and non-contentious matters for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, investors and corporates. While existing experience in this field would be ideal, applications are also welcomed from candidates with a background in corporate/commercial, finance or disputes and interested in developing skills and a career in restructuring.

Knowledge lawyer sought to work with a top Corporate team known for the exceptional quality of its M&A, private equity, venture capital and other corporate work. You may currently be in a PSL / knowledge lawyer role, or in a transactional corporate role and seeking a switch to a non-fee earning role. Flexibility is embraced by the firm, with hybrid working firmly embedded for those who want it. Part time hours will also be considered for this role.
