Administrative & Compliance Manager (Dental Background Preferred)
Overview
We’re a modern, private dental practice in Petersfield, and this is a key role supporting our Clinical Director and working closely with the Clinical Lead Nurse. You’ll take ownership of compliance, organisation, and operational systems that keep the practice running seamlessly.
This role is ideal for a qualified dental nurse ready to step into a non-clinical administrative and compliance position, where your skills truly make a difference.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as Business PA to the Clinical Director — managing emails, diaries, and projects.
- Lead compliance and CQC readiness, ensuring audits, risk assessments, and maintenance records are always up to date.
- Oversee new patient communication and continuously improve the patient journey.
- Manage ordering and stock control, staying within set budgets via our dashboard.
- Coordinate onboarding for new staff, including DBS checks, references, and non-clinical inductions.
- Organise staff training, CPD records, events, and team-building activities.
- Support marketing projects, health action plans, and award submissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Dental Nurse (current GDC registration)
