Responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Service Manager with the effective operation of all Food and Beverage areas, including restaurant and bar, conference and events, delivering the highest levels of guest experience.
Hosting to the highest calibre and ensuring that all team members working in the department maintain a high level of hospitality at all times to all guests.
Ensuring the implementation of high standards of food and beverage service and high levels of product quality throughout the service periods.
Supporting the Food and Beverage Service Manager in managing the Food and Beverage operations.
