As a Cross-Curricular Teacher, you will deliver an ambitiousand adaptive curriculum that meets the academic, social, emotional andbehavioural needs of our students. You will create learning experiences thatbuild confidence, resilience, independence and personal success while preparingstudents for further education, employment and training.

- Deliverengaging, differentiated lessons that remove barriers to learning.
- Actas a form tutor and champion for a group of young people.

- Supportattendance, wellbeing, personal development and positive behaviour.

- Area qualified teacher with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable youngpeople.
- Haveexperience working in Alternative Provision, SEND, SEMH or mainstreameducation.
- Areinterested in moving into Alternative Provision and believe you have thevalues and mindset to succeed.
- Understandthat behaviour is often a form of communication.
- Canbalance unwavering care with consistently high expectations.
- Arereflective, resilient and solution-focused.
- Valueteamwork and enjoy working within a close-knit, highly supportive staffteam.
