We are looking for a enthusiastic and passionate Team Co-Ordinator’s to join the Loddon School. The role will be to work closely to the Children’s Services Managers, Senior Team Co-Ordinator’s and colleagues in promoting and maintaining an environment which is consistent with the highest standards of education, care and well-being and achievement of the children.
You must develop and deliver a suitable waking day curriculum for each child based on the school’s philosophy and the principles of the PLLUSS approach. Within your role you will be required to help plan and organise the daily staffing within your house whilst being responsible for ensuring your unit runs smoothly throughout the day.
£26,384 – £28,958 (salary is based on experience and qualifications).
Qualifications:
You will already have the knowledge and understanding in Edexcel Diploma for Residential Childcare Level 3.
Having a NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading will be desirable, however this can be completed within the first 12 months of employment.
Experience:
- Have experience with Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Experience within an Education or Care Sector
- Ability to work effectively without supervision
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to react quickly, calmly and effectively often in challenging situations
