We are Looking for an experienced project manager to undertake permanment MNE Project management role in the north west area visting various sites. Job details – Project planning & scheduling of public sector buildings like schools, medical facilities, high rise accomodations. Develop comprehensive project plans for each project, including scope, timeline budget, and resource allocation. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are identified and tracked and targets are achieved. Carry out and complete on-site surveys to ensure clients expectations both in terms of specification, timescales and costs are achievable prior to project commencement. Support the operations team in carrying out ‘pre-condition’ surveys of client sites as and when required or requested. Pay – Negotionable dependent on experience.
