Liverpool Full-Time On-site
T

Full-time | Hybrid, with regular on-site working in Crosby, Liverpool | Salary dependent on experience

The Liverpool Clinic is a growing private MSK clinic. We’re at an exciting stage, expanding our existing joint and tendon services, launching diagnostics and developing a number of new services and patient pathways.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive healthcare professional to join us, working closely with a friendly and supportive team of doctors.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining patient coordination, clinic operations and service development, with a particular focus on helping us set up and operationally deliver new services.

We pride ourselves on providing a personal and welcoming patient experience, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with patients as well as improving how services run behind the scenes.

There is real opportunity to make the role your own and grow with the clinic, taking increasing ownership of operations, diagnostics and new service development as we expand.

This would particularly suit someone with experience in private healthcare, medical administration, patient coordination or diagnostics who is ready for their next step.

What we are offering :

  • Hybrid working with regular on-site working in Crosby
  • Salary dependent on experience
  • Paid annual leave and workplace pension
  • Opportunity to shape and develop the role as the clinic grows
  • Involvement in developing new diagnostics and clinical services
  • Friendly, supportive, doctor-led team

Who we are looking for :

We’re looking for someone with experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, diagnostics or clinic operations, ideally within private healthcare.

You will ideally have experience of:

  • Coordinating patients, clinicians, appointments and clinical pathways
  • Managing patient enquiries, bookings, follow-up and outstanding actions
  • Working with medical records and healthcare systems
  • Liaising confidently with doctors and other healthcare professionals
  • Managing multiple priorities and working independently
  • Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
  • Improving administrative processes and ways of working
  • Supporting the implementation of new services or patient pathways
  • Working in a patient-facing environment where excellent service is important

Experience in private healthcare, diagnostic imaging/radiology, MSK, orthopaedics or a medical practice would be particularly valuable, but not essential

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone proactive, highly organised and keen to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to grow and develop the role as the clinic expands.
