We are a boutique event agency with over 25 years of experience delivering high-impact corporate events, brand activations, and curated experiences. Our work is concept-led, detail-driven, and execution-focused. We don’t do cookie-cutter events—every project is a tailored experience designed to engage, impress, and deliver results.
We are now looking for an Experiential Producer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end—from concept to execution—and become a key driver of both client confidence and delivery excellence. This is a client-facing, ownership role.
Client & Pitch Leadership- Interpret briefs and translate event objectives into memorable, immersive experiences
- Work closely with the Creative Producer to translate ideas into compelling decks
- Develop proposal decks and quotations
- Present proposals confidently, articulating both creative and execution logic
- Manage client expectations, feedback, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle
- Key liaison between client, operations team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met
- Guide sourcing and vendor selection to align with concept and budget
- Plan event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules, production script/call sheets
- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring the event runs smoothly and to standard
- Take full ownership of project outcomes—from pitch to post-event
- Maintain high standards across both creative and operational execution
- Identify risks early and solve problems proactively
- Minimum 3 years of experience in events management and production
- Strong client-facing confidence and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Solid understanding of event production, vendors, and execution workflows
- Ability to think both creatively and practically
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven
