Supporting the leadership and management of your region, including the ongoing development of a high-performing team. The CEO will provide a clear strategic framework that enables the delivery of our operational and financial targets, whilst ensuring positive relationships with the organisation\'s business and community partners. Our programmes aim to increase opportunities for young people to engage in sport and receive a well-rounded creative education. You will help grow the existing operation, which currently sits as a market leader in the region. What you will be doing... Supporting the operations of curricular, extra-curricular, and school holiday provision. Delivering high-quality PE lessons (50% of the week). Supporting our team of teachers and coaches to deliver the highest quality service to our partners. Supporting the operations manager through performance measurement, reporting, and system updates. Managing the effective use of resources including equipment and vehicles. Working closely with sales and marketing to promote our programmes and activities. Collaborating with the recruitment team to attract top talent through creative methods. Creating and managing the region\'s budget alongside the operations manager, and being accountable for meeting targets. About us... We would love to meet someone with... Experience in leading, managing, and developing teams. Strong delivery experience in Primary School settings. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle. Desirable qualifications and experience Experience delivering high-quality PPA cover for children aged 4-12. Experience working towards operational and financial targets. National governing body Level 2 qualification in a sport or QTS. Up-to-date First Aid and Safeguarding certificates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
