Contract: 18 month fixed contract

Location: London/Hybrid. The role is based out of our London Bridge office. We operate a hybrid working practice and expect the individual to be in the office for 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insight and Evidence
    • Represent the voice of our network and the end-users they support in our planning, evaluations and decision-making.
    • Lead on network insights gathering, data analysis and visualisation, and interpreting findings into conclusions and recommendations.
    • Contribute to improvements in the customer journey for network partners.
    • Support our collaborative ways of working with VCSE sector and other infrastructure organisations.
    • Help scope, test and implement CRM enhancements.
    • Source, analyse and share relevant external social research and sector intelligence.
  • Network engagement
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase network engagement.
    • Lead on network recruitment and retention.
    • Day to day management, evaluation and reporting for funded projects.
    • Test, implement and embed digital assets management tools and processes.
    • Act as an ambassador for In Kind Direct at external events.
    • Line manage the Charity Network Coordinator.
  • Network support and communications
    • Oversee and help produce a regular newsletter and ad hoc emails.
    • Oversee and help produce other network communications and content.
    • Manage and develop our network compliance policies and processes.
    • Ongoing relationship and community building with network partners.
    • Help develop standards for network experience, value delivery and service quality.

Relevant experience and knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the VCSE sector and current challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, survey and data analysis tools.
  • Some experience of line management of volunteers or paid staff.
  • Able to work well as part of a team, but also a self-starter.
  • Numerate with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Understanding of data privacy, protection and consent for marketing and communications.
