When school is out the FUN is in at The Little Gym! We are looking for a dynamic team member for our Summer Camps. Working within an established and unique camp curriculum allowing you to shine like the sun with your own creativity, fun ideas, and positivity. Handing out High 5s, Grins and Giggles is part of the job description.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Up to 40 weekly hours, 7:30am - 5:30pm all possible shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of summer camps from organizing weekly curriculum with coordinating equipment and supplies needed as well as preparing crafts and activities for each weekly theme.
  • Lead Amazing Camps based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!).
  • Lead and work with a dynamic team of teachers to provide an unforgettable camp experience for children ages 3-12 years old.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and camp experience. We treat our campers and their grown-ups like family here.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and fun environment where children can be themselves.

Qualifications:

  • You're a kid comedian! If you love making children laugh and giggle; this is the place for you!
  • You have background in gymnastics, dance, sports, child development or education.
  • You are a born leader and love to not only inspire children but your team as well.
  • You like to lead by example to help other team members grow in their role as Camp Instructors so together you can provide the best experience ever for each camper.
  • Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too.
  • Making arts and crafts is your version of a fun filled day.
  • You love to have fun, but you know when to get the work done.
