About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on, creative Marketing Coordinator to support social media, content creation, event promotion, and lead generation for our two Little Gym locations in Middleton and Sun Prairie. This is an execution-focused role. You’ll work directly with the owner to bring marketing ideas to life and help keep projects organized and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Design branded graphics and flyers in Canva
- Assist with email newsletters, announcements, and parent communication
- Promote monthly events and seasonal campaigns
- Drive lead generation through social media, outreach, and community visibility
- Identify community partners, schools, and local events
- Maintain marketing timelines and task lists
- Collaborate with Site Leads to gather content and updates
Who You Are
- 1‑3 years experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
- Strong organizer and project manager
- Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace
- Friendly communicator with creative energy
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow a content plan
- Thrives in a fun, family-centered environment

Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly rate $20‑25
- Quarterly performance bonuses tied to lead generation, event performance, and consistent execution
- 10‑15 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Hybrid role with a mix of remote work + onsite visits
