Gym Director: Reinforcement and Leading of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers.
- Teaching: Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!). Teaching is your job, you need to love what you do, so you need to love to teach!
- Leadership: Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff. Fostering growth for both the business and the team to promote a healthy atmosphere and culture for the gym environment. Staffing and team scheduling.
- Business Indicators: Studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances.
- Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here. We respond in professional ways, but with a personal touch, every time.
- Office Tasks: Including answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries required
- Public Speaking: Sharing knowledge of all the programs and events we offer.
- Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.
- Schedules: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends are all possible shifts, this is not a 9 to 5!
- You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child! (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well)
