Job Summary
The Gym Director is a full-time position responsible for the overall performance of the location and reports directly to the owners.
Responsibilities
- Teach great classes based on proven curriculum and teaching methods
- Lead a team to provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Hire, manage, and oversee training of staff
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
Qualifications
- A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
