About the Role
We’re looking for someone who loves kids, is super energetic, and wants to make a positive impact on families in the community. Join The Little Gym team in Madison.
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method for kids ages 3-12.
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Work 5-10 hours per week based on availability.
- Availability: Weekday afternoon 4:00-7:30 pm (minimum 1 weekday afternoon shift); Saturday and/or Sunday 10:15-4:00 (minimum 1 weekend day shift).

- Must be over the age of 18.
- Able to commit to this position for at least 1 year.
