At The Little Gym, we help kids build confidence, courage, and character through movement and play! We're looking for an energetic, motivated, hands‑on Gym Director to lead our Middleton team and help us deliver Serious Fun every day!

This isn't your typical desk job! We're looking for a natural leader who loves kids, brings positive energy, and isn't afraid to jump in and get things done.

What You'll Do

• Bring the Serious Fun! Teach gymnastics and movement classes for children ages 4 months-12 years.
• Lead the Team! Train, coach, inspire, and motivate instructors.
• Run the Show! Own daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and the overall success of the gym.
• Jump In! Personally cover classes and shifts when team members call out or staffing is short.
• Grow Our Gym! Drive membership growth, intro conversions, retention, and an amazing family experience.
• Make Things Happen! Solve problems, take initiative, and lead with accountability.

• Have experience in gymnastics, cheer, youth sports, or coaching kids.
• Love working with children and bring contagious enthusiasm.
• Are a dependable, organized, self‑motivated go‑getter.
• Enjoy leading others, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
• Take ownership and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves!

Management experience is a plus, but not required! We're looking for the right personality, coaching experience, and leadership potential.

The Schedule- Here’s the Scoop!

• Full‑time, in‑person position (35‑40 hours/week).
• Must be able to work a Sunday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Saturday work week.
• Minimum of TWO closing shifts every week.
• Must be flexible and willing to personally cover shifts when staffing needs change.

Pay & Perks

• Starting at $20‑22/hour, based on experience.
• Paid hands‑on training
• Performance bonuses beginning after successful completion of 60 days of training, tied to membership growth, retention, conversion, and gym performance.
