About Us: Since 2009, Foxes FC has been leading the grassroots game. At The Foxes Club, we are passionate about the power of play and making a difference in kids' lives. We have been creating fun, safe, and supportive environments for over seventeen years. As a Nike Partner Club and part of the Junior Premier League, we are committed to leading grassroots football and enhancing youth sports with a proven track record. We pave the way for aspiring footballers aged 5 to 18, ensuring a safe, fun, and inspiring journey. It is all driven by our Academy. Boys and girls of all abilities learn in our top-class facilities, with guidance from FA and UEFA licensed coaches, as well as players who have reached the top of the pro game. But our Academy is more than just football. It is about communication and dedication. We create an atmosphere where fun and learning go hand in hand, making every moment on the field memorable and every lesson valuable.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coaching weekly training sessions and managing the weekend matchdays
- Creating a fun, safe, and challenging environment for players
- Supporting player development in line with our academy philosophy
- Communicating regularly with parents, players, and the wider coaching team
- Working closely with UEFA-qualified coaches and former professional players
What We're Looking For:
- FA Coaching Qualification
- Valid Enhanced DBS and Safeguarding Certificate
- First Aid qualification
- Proven experience coaching children in grassroots or academy environments
- Enthusiastic, organised, and committed to player development
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday
