Main duties of the job:
- The salaried GP will be responsible for delivering the full range of primary care services as part of the practice ensuring the highest standards of care for the differing needs of our patient population.
- The salaried GP will work closely with the practice's multi-disciplinary team of other GPs, pharmacists, advanced practitioners, nurses, and non-clinical staff to provide a high quality and accessible service to patients.
- It is expected that you will help support and input into the aims of the practice in areas of clinical governance, good practice, quality outcomes framework, enhanced services, practice audit, referral review and any other improvement plans as determined by the partners.
- Our practice is keen on new developments and different ways of working. It would suit someone who has specialist skills or who would like to develop them, or for someone who is interested in new ways of improving patient healthcare.
Our practice is a great place to work with excellent multidisciplinary team working, excellent facilities and a friendly working atmosphere. Free on site parking and kitchen facilities.
About us: We have an existing team comprising of two partners, two advanced practitioners, two experienced nurses, two HCA's, an in-house pharmacy team, and excellent administrative support providing care-coordination, care navigation and general reception services as well as data quality and management.
