Staff Nurse - Outpatients, London: Lister at 102 Sydney Street, London, SW3 6NJ. Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Shift times: Monday – Friday (Flexibility required to cover 8am – 8.00pm). Permanent contract. Salary: competitive dependent on experience.
We’re looking for a Staff Nurse to join the Sydney Street Outpatients part of The Lister Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. The Sydney Street Outpatient Centre is a modern diagnostic and treatment healthcare facility based in the heart of Chelsea. At Sydney Street Outpatients, we offer consultations, testing, and treatment for a number of specialist areas, including dermatology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology and cancer care.
Responsibilities
- Working as a Staff Nurse in the outpatient’s department.
- You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care.
- To work within a team, supervising and directing junior staff and deputising for Senior Staff Nurse in their absence.
What You’ll Bring
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience within an outpatient setting.
- Experience assisting with minor procedures, phlebotomy and cannulation experience.
- Strong clinical and patient assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
