We’re looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Urgent Care team at The Lister Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. The Lister Hospital, located in the heart of Chelsea, is one of the UK’s leading private hospitals, known for delivering exceptional patient care across a wide range of specialties. Our Urgent Care department provides rapid access to expert assessment and treatment within a modern, well‑equipped environment.
As a Senior Staff Nurse in the Urgent Care unit, you’ll provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care in a fast‑paced and dynamic setting. You’ll support the coordination of the department, acting as a clinical role model and supporting junior colleagues, whilst ensuring safe and effective patient flow. You will be responsible for triage, assessment, and delivery of appropriate care, working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- NMC Registered Nurse with a valid UK licence
- Proven experience within Urgent Care, A&E or acute clinical environments
- Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
