We're looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our Hotel Services team. The team ensures that all patient rooms, clinical areas and shared spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation. Working behind the scenes and on the front line, the team creates a welcoming, calm and hygienic environment for patients and visitors.
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you'll be a key contributor to the overall patient experience, supporting both care delivery and hospital operations through your attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Day-to-day, you will clean patient rooms, public areas and staff spaces, ensuring every area is safe, tidy and presentable. You'll work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to support the smooth running of the hospital.
Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain patient rooms, public areas, staff spaces and communal areas.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors and healthcare staff.
- Perform any tasks specifically assigned, and other tasks under supervision.
- Attend mandatory training on an annual basis.
- Awareness of hygiene standards.
