As an apprentice Commis Chef you will take your first steps to becoming a vital part of our high-performing brigade. You will spend your days preparing delicious food in a well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills under the guidance of our talented Head Chef while completing your Level 2 apprenticeship.

Training & Support
During your first 12‑15 months, we will support you as you complete your Level 2 Commis Chef qualification. The training will be delivered through kitchen masterclasses, development workshops, and additional masterclasses throughout the year. You will visit suppliers, participate in interactive workshops, gain cross-exposure, and meet fellow Chef Apprentices within Daniel Thwaites.
