Who are we looking for?

  • This role will involve working weekends and the shift patterns would be either 7am - 2pm or 2pm – 9pm.
  • The ideal candidate would need to have prior reception experience; Reslynx trained would be preferred however not necessary.
  • Fun, bubbly and energetic people.
  • Experience is not essential, but an eagerness to do well is.
  • A desire to delight every guest.
  • Working well in a team, but can also use your own initiative.
  • Comfortable using computers and different systems.
  • Able to proactively answer guests' questions in person, on the telephone and via email.
  • Great time management and organisational skills.
