Who are we looking for?
- This role will involve working weekends and the shift patterns would be either 7am - 2pm or 2pm – 9pm.
- The ideal candidate would need to have prior reception experience; Reslynx trained would be preferred however not necessary.
- Fun, bubbly and energetic people.
- Experience is not essential, but an eagerness to do well is.
- A desire to delight every guest.
- Working well in a team, but can also use your own initiative.
- Comfortable using computers and different systems.
- Able to proactively answer guests' questions in person, on the telephone and via email.
- Great time management and organisational skills.
