About the Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised and operating efficiently.

You'll help maintain high hygiene standards, assist with deliveries, and support the chefs with basic food preparation when required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
  • Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy and hygienic throughout the day.
  • Assist with receiving, checking and storing deliveries.
  • Dispose of waste safely and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
  • Support chefs with basic food preparation as required.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment and workstations are clean and ready for service.
  • Work as part of a busy team to help deliver an excellent service
