Job Description
- Prepare for service
- Ensuring the kitchen cleanliness is always to a high standard including opening and closing cleaning check lists
- Working with the chefs to prepare fresh ingredients including washing and preparing fruits, vegetables and other menu ingredients
- Maintaining Food Handling regulations
- Ensuring all produce is clearly labelled and discarded as required, effective stock rotation and other tasks as required
- Cleaning of cutlery, crockery & kitchen items
- Using a 2 step system to ensure all cooking & restaurant items are cleaned and satisfied and that all chemicals are dispensed and used in the correct manner.

This is a casual hours position involving shifts across the operational hours of the business (06:00 – 00:00 including weekends & bank holidays). This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
