The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.

As an F&B Assistant you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular and new guests. Developing excellent product knowledge to make menu and drink recommendations that delight our customers.

Prepare for service: Working independently or within the team you will re-stock, clean and prepare the bar and restaurant for the upcoming service.

Deliver great service: Taking customer orders quickly and accurately ensuring any special requirements are communicated effectively to the kitchen team. Pouring and serving drinks in line with set presentation standards. Keep all areas clean and tidy. Monitor customer satisfaction and take appropriate action. Complete check backs and be aware of customer feedback working to resolve them and/or seeking the support of the duty manager as required.

Operate tills and payment systems effectively: Taking credit and debit card payments, processing cash and ensuring the customer is given the correct change.

Co-ordinate emergency response: Taking a leading role in any evacuation ensuring the safety of the team members and guests, offering first aid assistance and safe place activation (Ask Angela) and contacting emergency/professional service as appropriate.

This is a casual hours position involving shifts across the operational hours of the business (06:00 – 00:00 including weekends and bank holidays). This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
