The Lion at Pennard is currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef. Think fun, buzzy all-day kitchen vibes with a fresh approach to our menus, using the best local ingredients. Breakfast in the morning, & fun and relaxed food all day to be the perfect accompaniment to our busy bar.
Working within our company ethos of a seasonal, fun & relaxed approach, you will support the head chef in leading the kitchen team to ensure excellent standards and smooth kitchen operations, whilst coaching your team to actively encourage development.
