The Lion at Pennard is currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef. Think fun, buzzy all-day kitchen vibes with a fresh approach to our menus, using the best local ingredients. Breakfast in the morning, and fun and relaxed food all day to be the perfect accompaniment to our busy bar.

Working within our company ethos of a seasonal, fun & relaxed approach, you will support the head chef in leading the kitchen team to ensure excellent standards and smooth kitchen operations, whilst coaching your team to actively encourage development.
