Produce accurate final reports and confirm that all campaign requirements have been completed. Complete financial reconciliations and review campaign profitability. Evaluate performance and key learnings to improve future campaign delivery. Hold post-campaign discussions with clients and identify further opportunities.
Client and Account Development
Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re-engage lapsed clients. Keep client details and campaign records up to date within the company CRM. Support LINK's social media activity by sharing content about current and upcoming campaigns.
About You
We are looking for someone who has: Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with clients, colleagues, suppliers and campaign staff. Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A proactive, practical approach to solving problems. Previous marketing, events or campaign experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. The position may be particularly suited to graduates in Marketing, Events, PR or Communications who have gained some relevant work experience.
