Qualifications and Experience

• A strong academic background in English Literature/Language (degree or equivalent).
• Understanding across all key stages up to GCSEs and A-Levels.
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g., education, youth work, tutoring).
• Confident classroom presence and the ability to manage behaviour effectively.
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to supporting students’ learning.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK. All candidates must demonstrate a valid Right to Work in the UK as part of our safeguarding and compliance checks.
