How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering sales, profit and market share objectives for your accounts in line with company aspirations through the agreement and activation of joint plans with key trading teams. This role will support the wider Sales team to deliver our in‑year and longer‑term growth aspirations in line with the L&S UK’s Game Plan.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop credible and strong relationships across the customer base and with key internal influencers to agree and execute Joint Business Plans in line with agreed sales plans.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the retailer and networks within the account to grow Lindt’s business.
  • Drive effective Lindt customer relationships through high professionalism in account management at appropriate levels.
  • Win new business through networking, attending trade shows, sampling events and building relationships.
  • Focus on short to mid‑term account profitability and sustainability.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay feedback from customer partners.
  • Deliver in‑year plan & budget linked to the company strategy.
  • Build and deliver robust Joint Business & Account Plans.
  • Deliver growth and strategic plans by portfolio to achieve NTS requirements, RSV, profit and market share objectives.
  • Optimize commercial spend, investments and sustainable growth of Lindt NNP.
  • Develop interdependent and collaborative relationships with Lindt cross‑functional teams.
  • Deliver outstanding visibility.

What Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Proven and substantial sales experience within a major FMCG organisation.
  • Record of consistent success in managing and executing Joint Business Plans.
  • Effective communication and networking skills.
  • Performance‑driven, tenacious and goal‑orientated.
  • Able to work cross‑functionally both internally and externally.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple P&L’s, budgets and investments.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • IT literate – skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • UK driving licence.

How You Will Be Rewarded:

Internal level 2. Salary range: £50,000 – £62,000. Benefits include car allowance, bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance, chocolate giveaways, chocolate discount, birthday day off and more.

Where you’ll be based:

This role is based in Richmond Upon Thames, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%).
