Position

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount.

With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards.
  • Strong communication, time‑keeping, and organizational skills to collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house, and management teams.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
