We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven GP to join our forward-thinking and supportive team.

  • To deliver high quality medical care for both acute and chronic conditions from our main surgery in Alfreton and our branch surgery in Blackwell.
  • To complete home visits as needed. Locally we have the support of a commissioned service (Team Up) to support with home visits.
  • On call and On call cover when required.
  • Review tests results and action.
  • Complete paperwork and admin.
  • To work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider team.
  • To support both medical students and the GP registrars.
  • To continually commit to professional development.
  • To be involved in quality improvements.
  • Attend regular practice meetings.
