The Limes seeks a dedicated safeguarding/SEND support post holder to work under the Deputy Headteacher to assess pupils, refer to internal and external agencies, and aid attendance, behaviour and progress across The Limes College Primary and families.
You will support pupils who face challenges in accessing the curriculum and work collaboratively with staff to create inclusive learning environments.
