Job summary
The post holder will work as a Salaried General Practitioner within The Limes Medical Centre, providing high-quality, safe and patient-centred medical care to the practice population.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the practice team and wider multidisciplinary team to provide effective management of acute and chronic conditions, preventative healthcare and appropriate onward referral.
Main duties of the job

- Undertake face-to-face and telephone consultations as required.
- Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop appropriate management and treatment plans in partnership with patients.

- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants, social prescribers, care coordinators and administrative staff.
