The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

As our new Nursery Area Manager, you’ll be the glue that keeps our settings strong, smiling, and successful.

Responsibilities

  • Support, coach, and inspire Nursery Managers to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Ensure each nursery shines brightly, meeting and exceeding Ofsted and EYFS standards.
  • Monitor performance, quality, and compliance across the region.
  • Lead on audits, action planning, and all things strategy.
  • Be the go‑to for safeguarding, people development, and parent partnerships.
  • Travel regularly between sites – you’re never stuck behind a desk.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading multiple nursery settings.
  • Qualified Early Years professional (Level 3 minimum).
  • Proven leadership across multiple nursery settings.
  • Confident communicator, motivator and mentor.
  • Dedication to quality, safety and creating warm, inspiring environments.
  • Ability to juggle KPIs, team dynamics, and be a passionate team player.
  • Driver’s licence and flexibility to travel.
