As our new Nursery Area Manager, you’ll be the glue that keeps our settings strong, smiling, and successful.
Responsibilities
- Support, coach, and inspire Nursery Managers to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Ensure each nursery shines brightly, meeting and exceeding Ofsted and EYFS standards.
- Monitor performance, quality, and compliance across the region.
- Lead on audits, action planning, and all things strategy.
- Be the go‑to for safeguarding, people development, and parent partnerships.
- Travel regularly between sites – you’re never stuck behind a desk.
Qualifications
- Experience leading multiple nursery settings.
- Qualified Early Years professional (Level 3 minimum).
- Proven leadership across multiple nursery settings.
- Confident communicator, motivator and mentor.
- Dedication to quality, safety and creating warm, inspiring environments.
- Ability to juggle KPIs, team dynamics, and be a passionate team player.
- Driver’s licence and flexibility to travel.
