As a member of staff, you will share our core values and have a passionate desire to help children learn. You will be committed to helping all our children succeed through school while maintaining a caring and nurturing nature.

You will need to provide support for their welfare and promote the inclusion of students in all aspects of school life. The successful HLTA applicant will have an active role alongside our teachers in shaping the learning journeys of our children and must hold higher‑level Teaching Assistant status. You will need to be highly self‑motivated and organised to support the smooth running of covering classes and the management of the Teaching Assistant team.

An excellent knowledge of the curriculum is essential, along with an understanding of policies and procedures. Permanent, 32.5 hours a week, 5 days per week, term time only. Salary: Local Authority NJC Level 6 21–25.
