The successful candidate will be an academically rigorous and passionate English Teacher, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for England and proven experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE/IGCSE).

You will be expected to deliver engaging, challenging lessons to highly aspirational students and contribute positively to the wider life of the school through pastoral responsibilities, extracurricular activities and professional collaboration.

  • UK or EU-trained teacher essential
  • Recognised teaching qualification/QTS or equivalent
  • Strong understanding and experience of the National Curriculum for England
  • Proven experience teaching English through KS3 and KS4
  • Strong classroom practice and high expectations of students
  • Academically rigorous, enthusiastic and committed
  • Collaborative approach to teaching and wider school life
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience preferred
  • International school experience advantageous, but not essential
