Area Manager – Education Location: Nottinghamshire Starting: ASAP Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE You will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check Working: Monday – Friday – 40+ hours working over 4 days Purpose of the role To oversee the quality and operations of a group of our After School Clubs and all of our Nursery settings. To line manage Nursery Managers and After School Club managers in a way which motivates, supports and engages them to be the very best version of themselves. To ensure that all of our nursery settings maintain their Outstanding Ofsted grading and to support our newly registered nursery settings to confidently achieve Outstanding at their post Registration Inspections. To ensure that our nursery settings meet forecast targets for growth, conversion rates and occupancy at all times. To ensure that our After School Club settings are compliant at all times with regards to the EYFS, and with regards to our internal quality assurance processes.
